Your Birth Story; Our Favorite Tale to Tell

The birth of your baby is an unbeatable experience. It will live in your memory for the rest of your life. Which is exactly why having it photographed is the most ideal scenario out there. You’ll always have the images to look back on and remember each moment exactly as it happened.

It’s important to know that pregnancy and delivery are ever changing. If you find yourself in a situation where your birth plan has changed, we will make sure you’re squared away no matter what. I am a mother myself so just know that I am fully prepared for whatever may come and your birth will be covered regardless.

Our Birth Process

Consultation →

We’ll meet either in person or via zoom to discuss your birth plan & what exactly it is you envision as you welcome your baby into your arms. We will cover what happens when you go into labor, the exact moments you want photographed, and the very first postpartum moments as they unfold. 

Once we’ve covered all of your expectations, there will be a 2 week block on my calendar just for you. If you do not plan on being induced, I will be on standby awaiting the phone call. If you have an induction scheduled, you will have the exact time and day on the books blocked out just for you.

Your Session→

Post consult, we wait for your labor to begin. I will be patiently, but attentively, waiting for the green light. Whether you have an induction, go into labor naturally, stay home, or go to the hospital, I will be there to cover everything you've asked for. After your baby arrives, I’ll hang out for a while covering postpartum memories.

Fresh 48: Within the first 48 hours of your baby’s life, I will swing back around and capture those early coos and discoveries from your little one. These are the moments between you and your baby where you have the least distractions and we will make the absolute most of it. Everything from feeding to snuggling and creating a birth announcement. It will all be photographed and cemented into moments in time for you to hold forever.

Maternity Session: At 36 weeks, or sooner if need be, you’ll have your 1 hour maternity session. Outfit changes are optional but are highly encouraged to ensure you get the most out of our time together. It’ll also add some variety so your session.

Gallery

Once you feel up to it, we will have a private meeting regarding your gallery. Here we will discuss the images you want to keep and have edited. For the Maternity Session, we may of course meet before your birth so you may cherish those memories even sooner. 
You may expect your photos within 3 weeks from the day you select your perfected images.

If you would like to keep anymore outside of the package you choose, you are welcome to purchase more for an additional charge.
